For the past few years, I've enjoyed helping my friends succeed in mathematics and physics. These subjects require rigor, which I learned through eight years of piano study at the conservatory. Learning a piece of music is perfectly applicable to other learning: identifying weaknesses, practicing at a slow tempo, and gradually connecting the pieces. It's about knowing how to objectively test oneself, searching, comparing, and creating mental images. Then, testing oneself again to focus on the errors. I completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Chemistry with a 14 average in my final semester. I therefore feel competent to teach high school students (and even undergraduate students in certain subjects where I had a 17 average). When? - Saturday morning - Sunday morning What materials? - The lesson and exercises provided by the student or their teacher (one week before the lesson) - Materials advice: - Unlined scratch paper: I find grids unnecessary in mathematics. Grids make working with equations difficult because they often don't fit inside them. - Mechanical pencil, eraser: so you're never afraid of making mistakes and can present work without erasures. Erasures also complicate learning.
