About Bárbara
I am a graduate, master and Ph.D. in History from the Fluminense Federal University (Niterói-Rio de Janeiro). I have experience as a teacher in federal public institutions, private institutions, pre-university entrance examinations and private and distance tutoring. I am interested in topics such as current events, theory in human sciences and politics. I have been researching about race relations, gender, and social inequalities, which are reflected in class.

The methodology is adapted to the needs of the student, but in general terms, it is based on ensuring the joint construction of the student's knowledge and self-confidence in relation to the subject matter. I give classes for different age groups and levels of schooling (from elementary school II). Classes can be online or online, via Skype and with the help of platforms like Google Docs to carry out activities.
