About Raymond
My name is Raymond Liu, and I am a grade 12 student at R.C. Palmer Secondary in Richmond, B.C. I have achieved high honors in all my academic courses, including Life Sciences 11 and Anatomy and Physiology 12. Through my high school career, I have learned helpful learning strategies and studying habits that result in high academic achievement. As a fellow student myself, I can share my experience with upcoming & current students looking to take a biology course or pursue a career in health sciences. As a high school student myself, I have extensive experience and knowledge on the appropriate concepts, study habits, and learning strategies that are vital to succeeding in biology.
As a fellow student, I am able to connect to students on a more personal level to address their concerns regarding high school and navigating high school biology. I am happy to answer any questions regarding the course, whether it be inside or outside the classroom!
A typical lesson plan:
- Review the previous lesson/go over any problems or questions
- Start a new lesson/expand on previous lesson
- Work on sample questions/word problems (case studies)
- Allow for independent solving of questions
- Address any questions that arise
