About Cassandra
I’ve tutored for many people at school before and have continued to advance for years in math. Since starting 7th grade I was placed in a course a year above my actual grade. Helping people understand a concept is the big goal I’m trying to achieve in order to allow people to continue to advance in math as I have. I understand the struggles of learning math as I myself am a student, which is why I myself am starting to promote myself as a math tutor.

Using khan academy as well as real world scenarios to apply the lessons into a deeper way of understanding concepts. A typical lesson plan would consist of a lesson as well as short notes, example problems led by the tutor, and practice problems to do while in session as well as outside of tutor hours. Lessons are for students entering middle school (5th grade) to 11th grade students looking for additional help in math classes, algebra classes and pre calculus classes.
