My teaching method is to provide what the clients need and desire, thus it can change day to day depending on their mood, energy, pains and aches. As well as I focus on certain parts of the body if I feel like it is good for the class, such a focusing on hip openers, heart openers, detox classes etc. I go with the flow, teaching flow:)
