About Joshua

**Profile: Joshua**

I am a Sixth Form student with a strong interest in English creative writing. I enjoy helping others develop their skills and confidence, particularly by teaching GCSE students how to structure stories, use ambitious vocabulary, build tension and create engaging descriptions. I am motivated, adaptable and keen to share my knowledge to help younger students improve their writing.

About the lesson

My lessons are mostly for children aged between 11-15 preparing for GCSE English Creative writing
I would teach students to use ambitious vocabulary, varied sentence structures and the five senses to create vivid descriptions. I’d demonstrate how to plan effectively, build tension and engage readers using GCSE exam-style practice.
