I started my yoga journey with Vedesh during the lockdown and the time has flown by. When i started the classes i wasn't in a good headspace but yoga has helped me a lot physically and mentally. Vedesh is an amazing teacher to have by your side. I have enjoyed every class. His knowledge of yoga is vast and he brings it to every class with excitement and vigour. He has always given all his students personal attention even in group classes and gets into all the details while designing a personal yoga routine for you. I have seen tremendous changes in myself since i started my yoga classes with Vedesh. He is an excellent teacher and takes an all round approach to his teaching. I can't recommend learning from Vedesh enough. It is an all round amazing experience.

Vedesh is wonderful soul and teacher...he will be your guide in yoga and overall holistic wellness no matter what ailment u are suffering from. He has helped me overcome anxiety and flexibility issues in very small span of time...i could hardly gather courage to do asanas but he would guide me throught it as making every step easy.
