About Alexandre

I suffered from being overweight for a long time, without ever managing to treat it. Between fake diets, useless programs and poor management of my needs, I struggled for a long time to lose weight. When I started to really study the dietary and sports process of weight loss and I adapted it to my body and my needs, I finally lost weight properly, until I reached -30 kgs . Now I help my loved ones on this journey ;)

About the lesson

We will see your goals together, in order to develop a food plan, sports plan or both, to allow you a healthy and stable weight loss. I will share with you gourmet but dietetic recipes. Finally, according to your dispositions, we will determine an intelligent program adapted to your needs and your weaknesses;)
With a view to progress, I could join you for your training in order to accompany and encourage you.
