Your profile includes a special page dedicated to your Pro Pass subscription. You can access this page by clicking on "Manage my subscription" in the menu on the bottom left of your profile homepage.
Here, you will find all the information related to your subscription, such as: the date the next instalment is due, the number of days remaining in the current subscription, etc.
You are able to cancel the Pro Pass subscription at any time either directly from the "Manage my subscription" section of your personal dashboard or by notifying Superprof in writing at
hellozar@superprof.com.
You need to notify us at least one week before the next instalment is due, in order for us to cancel your subscription before the next scheduled payment is processed. If you notify Superprof of your intention to cancel your subscription after an instalment is paid, the subscription and the associated future debits will be cancelled, however, prior payments will not be refunded.
