About HY

Currently a university student aiming to get my bachelor in biochemistry. Also I'm young in age, so feel free to treat me like a friend that studies together with you haha. However, if I give you work, please do it :')

I always appreciate honesty. I accept criticism and will work hard in order to solve things and find a solution for you, so don't be afraid to voice up if you prefer a certain method or way and I will do my best to accommodate.

I always like tutoring people since I feel a sense of accomplishment when they understand different concepts. In addition, not only I can help my tutee, I can also learn different perspectives and broaden my horizon. I like learning more about people and connecting with them, so feel free to share about yourself.

About the lesson

In the first lesson, I will prepare a question paper for you to complete in order to gauge your level of understanding so I can prepare lessons to target your weakness.

Succeeding lessons will be aimed towards working on comprehending those weak areas. I believe that understanding how to tackle a question is better than memorizing the method to solve the question.

If you don't understand anything, it's ok I got your back. I started from knowing nothing too so I can help you to understand more. Don't be afraid to tell me straight-out if you don't understand so we can work on it together because communication is key. I realize a lot of people are afraid of asking questions because they feel shy, and I want us to be open with each other to learn effectively.

I offer my lessons to form 1 - form 5 students, if pre-university students are interested too, sure why not. Anyways, looking forward to working together in order to understand academic studying. Let's make learning fun instead of just blindly and stubbornly memorizing stuff.
