About Vincent
I am a Yoga and Fitness teacher, Yoga Alliance graduate 250 hours in Hatha Vinyasa yoga & Yin Yoga, in fitness and Body Movement level 1. I have been practicing sport since I was 6 years old and I have been teaching for 4 years. I have practiced Capoeira and Calisthenics (bodyweight training) during more than 10 years, I can say that I know the human body well. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years.

J'ai eu la chance de pratiquer plusieurs cours de yoga animés par Vincent. Il a un niveau que peu de profs de yoga certifiés ont. IL est très à l'écoute et réponds à nos besoins et nos attentes en adaptant ces cours en fonctions. Vincent peu donc animer un cours de yoga en s'adaptant au niveau de son élève et de ses attentes ! Pour lui cette discipline est bien plus qu'un métier, c'est une passion !
