About Esha
I have been a student all my life, always curious and passionate to learn new things. I have always looked for teachers who understand the depth of the subject and make learning a very easy and fun process. I want to be that teacher who is not scary to approach. With my calm, curious, understanding, and passionate nature, I aim to pass the same academic rigour to my students. I love science especially biology and I really enjoyed learning when I was preparing for my NEET exam as a student when I aspired to be a doctor. In addition to this, my knowledge in psychology has helped me interact and bond with people by understanding their needs. As a teacher, it is very important for me to understand my students in order for me to cater to their needs. I value warmth, kindness, honesty, discipline, and professionalism and I aim to sincerely abide by these core values as a teacher so that my students get the best.

Growing up, I always wanted my teachers to make the subject fun and not scary. As an adult and aspiring teacher, I aim to do the same. I aim to provide my students with the practical knowledge about the subject and not just the theoretical aspects. I want them to use their curiosity to learn the practical applications of the subject. My classes will have fixed time schedules for learning and activity sections like quiz rounds focusing on logical reasoning and application of the concepts discussed so that the students can stay motivated and learn everyday. The first half of the classes will be a discussion of theory and concepts and the second half of the class will have fun student interactions, quizzes, and doubt clearing sessions.
