My teaching style is calm, gentle, mindful, and focuses on inner strength. I believe yoga is not only about flexibility or strength, but also about breathing awareness, and inner balance. In my classes, I guide students to move with attention, listen to their bodies, and relax both physically and mentally. My classes are suitable for: . Beginners . Students looking for gentle or slow-paced yoga . People who want to reduce stress and improve body awareness. I adapt each session to the student's level, needs, and energy on the day.
