About Jagdish
Hello, my name is Dr. Jagdish Joshi, and I am a senior yoga practitioner, holistic wellness mentor, and lifestyle educator based in Indore, India. I hold a PhD in Yogic and Holistic Sciences from Vedic Hindu University. For more than 36 years, I have been deeply involved in the practice, teaching, and promotion of traditional yogic sciences and natural health systems.
My work is dedicated to helping people achieve physical health, mental peace, and a balanced lifestyle through authentic yogic practices. I teach Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Naturopathy, and Healthy Lifestyle Management, combining the timeless wisdom of ancient Indian traditions with practical techniques suitable for modern life.
Over the years, I have guided many individuals, students, and wellness seekers in improving their health, reducing stress, increasing vitality, and developing a disciplined and joyful way of living. My teaching approach is simple, practical, and personalized, making yoga accessible to beginners while also offering deeper practices for advanced students.
My sessions focus on body flexibility, strength, posture correction, breathing awareness, mental relaxation, and inner balance. In addition to physical yoga practices, I also emphasize mindfulness, stress management, natural healing methods, and healthy daily routines that support long-term wellness.
Along with my work in yoga and holistic health, I am also a professional pianist with 36 years of experience. Music and rhythm enhance my understanding of breath, concentration, and inner harmony—qualities that beautifully complement the practice of yoga and meditation.
Through my online yoga and wellness sessions, I warmly welcome students from around the world who wish to experience the transformative power of authentic yogic living. My goal is to guide people toward a life of health, balance, peace, and positive energy through the timeless science of yoga.

My online sessions provide a complete holistic wellness experience designed to improve physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. I offer guided yoga practices suitable for beginners as well as advanced students, focusing on flexibility, strength, posture correction, and overall fitness. The sessions include Pranayama (breathing techniques) to enhance lung capacity, increase energy, and reduce stress and anxiety.
I also guide students through meditation and relaxation techniques that help calm the mind, improve concentration, and promote inner peace. In addition, I share practical principles of naturopathy and healthy lifestyle management, including natural healing methods, daily routines, and diet guidance for maintaining long-term wellness.
With my 36 years of experience and PhD from Vedic Hindu University, each session integrates traditional yogic wisdom with practical modern applications, helping students build a healthier, balanced, and more harmonious life.
