I start with a freindly discussion of what portion the student is weak in and also what is their method of study ?how often they study? all about their study details and will make them a plan of how should they study and what changes should they bring in thier methods to be better in the subject.since I am also a student i know when or where the childrens will get bored at so i divert their minds from study to freindly talks in between a bit and bring back study aftr a chbge of environment
