About Samira

Hello! My name is Samira and I am super passionate about all things health and wellness. I have always been someone who is super active and mindful of what I eat, when picking a career I wanted it to be something that I could connect with and ultimately do well in and make a difference. I originally wanted to be a doctor but researching the industry it didn't resonate with me, I also do believe in nature and a prevention over cure approach to health, therefore yoga resonated with me more in the health space. Being a yoga teacher really felt like a natural career path as due to the nature of who I am and what I have learned throughout my life, yoga was an exercise I really connected with and felt a sense of passion and purpose when teaching my clients.

About the lesson

My lessons are bespoke to your needs and I will create flows that target your areas of concern, as well as moving towards fluid form, strength, balance within the body and a sense of peace and happiness within. My classes are unique as I am also a certified breath work coach and will incorporate these modalities as well as essential oils to help you deepen the practice as you move into your flow state.
