About Ashish
Maths and Physics are my favourite subjects. I studied these subjects throughout my school and college education. I have researched the National Curriculum for Maths/Physics education and I believe that I have the required qualification and knowledge level to teach Maths/Physics. I currently work in Oil and Gas service industry as Geophysicist with over 15 years' experience. In this role, I also provide training to young professionals. I have experience of tutoring from my student days, I enjoyed it thoroughly and it helped me to develop teaching skills. I like to set clear objectives and I adapt the content and pace of my classes depending on the background knowledge of my students. In my experience students learn faster with more time spent on problem solving rather than on theory only. University : - Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India - Masters in Applied Geophysics [8.75/10] Other Qualifications : I have over 15 years experience of working in Oil and Gas industry as a Geophysicist. My job profile is in technical domain and it involves practical application of principles of Maths and Physics.
