About Natasha
As a law student, my hours can tend to be long and often draining. I have found that consistently practicing yoga has helped me minimize the inevitable stressors of daily life and be more energetic, mindful and less irritable through the day. I have practiced yoga under the guidance of my trained grandparents for 13 years now and I want to pass this on to other people like me who might be looking to find some time in their hectic lives to center themselves!

These classes are designed for people who want to begin their journey with yoga. I teach yoga the way it should feel: simple, relaxing, and supportive. No intimidating poses, no pressure to be 'perfect' just gentle movement, mindful breathing, and feeling good in your body. The structure for the classes is flexible and entirely based on the need of the student. A standard class would ideally involve the following- 1. Breath & Centering 2. Gentle Warm-Up 3. Beginner Poses – simple, safe, and effective stretches & balances. 4. Cool Down & Guided Relaxation.
