About Elle
I am soon to be a certified RYT 200hr yoga teacher. I used to work as a lifeguard on the Sunshine Coast and have also worked internationally in this field. I hold current first aid certificates.
Yoga has become my passion and I want to help share the light it has brought me to others.

My teaching message comes from a place deep within me. I believe teaching from the heart is the best way to engage with your students and help them understand and connect with them on a higher level.
With yoga, I love to keep the traditional roots of the practice. So sharing stories or scriptures is a great way to introduce these philosophical insights. I like to keep them as original as possible but bringing in a more modern approach with my words so the student really understands the message behind it.
