About Sushma B L
Hello everyone. I'm Sushma and here to share why I started practicing Yoga. I started practicing Yoga during Covid Pandemic when most of us didn't have the choice of going out for any reasons and I was also going through some kind of mental stress. When I started practicing Yoga eventually it helped me to come out of all mental stress and made me stronger and a new person. It cannot be described in words here because it does more than that guys. That's why I'm saying Yoga is for life. Just try it once you will be surprised by the changes.
