About Me I’m Dr. (Research Scholar) Shriya S — a certified Yoga Educator, Therapist, and Researcher. My Teaching Style & Methodology My approach combines the depth of traditional yoga with the clarity of modern science. Every class is designed to meet individual needs — whether you’re a beginner seeking balance, a student preparing for yoga exams, or a practitioner wanting to deepen your understanding of philosophy, anatomy, and therapy. About Me
I’m Shriya S — a certified Yoga Educator, Therapist, and Researcher with over 8 years of experience in teaching and studying yoga as both a science and a lifestyle. I hold a BSc in Yoga Therapy (SVYASA, Bangalore), MSc in Yoga Education (Lakulish Yoga University), and am currently pursuing a PhD in Yoga from SDUAHER, Kolar, focusing on the therapeutic applications of yoga for holistic health and wellbeing.
My Teaching Style & Methodology
My approach combines the depth of traditional yoga with the clarity of modern science. Every class is designed to meet individual needs — whether you’re a beginner seeking balance, a student preparing for yoga exams, or a practitioner wanting to deepen your understanding of philosophy, anatomy, and therapy.
I use a blend of:
