my teaching style focuses on exploration, concentration and the discovery of a mind-body connection. while yoga is a great form of exercise + toning, yoga is also a beautiful way to connect with the intuitive voice that is inherent within all of us.
Classes/sessions with me instill grounding, focus and clarity and leave the client feeling empowered, awakened and open.
my ideology in life is to “meet people where they are at.” we all begin somewhere. we are all new to everything at some point. the only way to break on through is to TRY. allow me meet you where you are; take the chance and give your body + mind what they are asking of you!
whether you are brand new and never practiced before, or someone who considers themselves advanced, I look forward to meeting you on the mat!
