About Humairah
Hi! I’m Humairah, a Food Biotechnology graduate with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. I enjoy teaching because I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and are not afraid of making mistakes.
I have experience tutoring English and enjoy working with students at different learning levels, for a primary school. I adapt my lessons according to each student’s ability, learning pace, and goals, whether they need help with basic English, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, or speaking.
I started tutoring because I want to help students build not only their language skills, but also their confidence. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and encouraging rather than stressful.
As a tutor, I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, learn at their own pace, and see their own progress. Seeing a student understand something they previously struggled with is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me.

I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons according to their level, learning style, and needs. As a private tutor, I focus on making lessons simple, engaging, and easy to understand rather than relying only on memorization.
For English, I use a combination of explanations, exercises, conversations, and practical examples to help students build confidence in using the language. I am also patient with students who need more time and will gradually challenge those who are ready to improve further.
My goal is not only to help students get better grades, but also to make them feel more confident and comfortable when learning English. I want my students to leave every lesson feeling that they have learned something new and are one step closer to achieving their goals.
