I combine health sciences with yoga practical. I'm masters in science and have secured gold medal in university exam with 9.95 / 10 cgpa. Connecting with me will benefit you academically as well as in health perspective. I've only two passions - biology and yoga and a combination of these is visible in my classroom

yoga is for anyone and everyone. It makes you feel good in your body, in your skin. It ia an excellent way to connect with your inner self. I'm here to help you explore yourself.
My classes would include -
1.Light warm up with surya namaskar, yogic jogging, zumba
2.Then plenty of asanas with their health benefits
3. And finally pranayam and meditation.
I'll be teaching via internet. I'll conduct interactive classes.
I'm a very lenient and down to earth teacher. Come experience the joy of learning with me.
