We can have an overall body positive class of yoga..
Which includes pranayam,yoga poses,suryanamaskar,and relaxation at the end.
We can also go for Zumba in the beginning for little warm up that can help weight loss..if asked for by the students.
Stretching exercises can reduce pains and promote weightloss and pranayam can help to build up better respiratory system and create better overall balance of the body
