About Sally
I am originally from Korea. I have been to Sydney for 2 years for teaching yoga and pilates. I love my job so much. I really enjoy setting new goals and achieving them. My life is similar to yoga. If I keep practicing yoga, I can get the asana one day even though I never made it before. I got patience and stability in my life through yoga. So I really want to give this opportunity to many people!

- Medical check (injuries/special history) + discuss for goal of yoga - Breathing method - Meditation/Chanting - Asana (Yoga practice: Hatha/ashtanga/vinyasa/restorative) Depends on the requirements. -Rest (savasana) ->instrument equipment or aroma oil can be used. If client gets used to practice, we can try changing asana.
