About Parvathi
I’ve been a professional Yoga teacher for a decade now and I’ve seen the improvement that Yoga has given to my life. I want to be able to teach the youngsters of today about the importance of a healthy Yoga practice while teaching the older generation that an active lifestyle is important at all ages. Yoga helps in improving attention span, increases blood flow to all vital organs, maintains adequate perfusion and relaxes all your systems.

With me, flexibility isn't a criteria, it's an objective that I will help you achieve. Our minds are like monkeys that jump from topic to topic while introducing us to so many diseases of the world. My goal is to make all that easier and teach you to handle them while simultaneously promoting a healthy body and an active lifestyle. Yoga is sometimes known to be boring, repetitive and mundane. Fortunately, I strive to keep my classes away from these adjectives. It may not be unique all the time, but I can promise fun unlimited.
