About Saniya
I am saniya sayyed. I practice yoga for 4-5yrs now and would love to share my knowledge with you guys. Also would love to have yoga lovers disperse the benefits of yoga. I am not certified but I surely have enough knowledge of body muscles and about the yoga masquerade.

Yoga helps us release stress and makes us stronger than before and build our body stronger than before and also for building strength you need to be regular with practices. You have to concentrate on what you're becoming. Beginning sessions would be about how to maintain your stress and stretching to make your muscles flexible for further exercises. After this, we will practice some commonly known yoga poses. It'll build your body flexible enough and active.
