About Lycine
I practice yoga for 5 years. I experienced several styles: - Vinyasa for 2 years. - Ashtanga 1 year. - Hatha Yoga 3 years but it is ultimately the Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy which seduced me. So I have a degree in specialized 200h Hatha Yoga / Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda I got to Wise Living Yoga Ashram in Thailand. This school works in partnership with the Institute of Yoga in Mumbai that validates and recognizes the formation of this Ashram. I am currently in training Yoga Therapist. I give private lessons for the past 1 year and I adapt to each of my students. I also worked with children and the elderly.

Passionate Yoga and Wellness, I practice for five years through e world and Paris. Last year, I realized that I wanted to convey the art of yoga and went away to Thailand to train me. After 2 months of training, I returned certificated by Wise Living Yoga Academy is the only school recognized at the Institute of Yoga in Mumbai, India. My classes are being Hatha Yoga or Yoga therapy that cater to both beginners and advanced students. I want to adapt to each application and provide the tools to my students so that they develop their own practice. So I organize my classes and prepare according to each profile and try to establish full sessions for working the entire body but also meditation, breathing and well-being in everyday life. For those interested I also give advice Ayurveda nutrition, aromatherapy, beauty and well being.
