About Nathalia

I'm Nathalia (Lakshmi), Yoga Siromani (yoga teacher), with the mission of propagating yoga, I follow this path humbly sharing the knowledge I acquired knowing that there is always room to learn more and more. Graduated from the International Sivananda Yoga vedanta center at the yoga vedanta forest academy I teach with love and for love. I am a theater teacher specializing in body awareness, a holistic therapist and passionate about the arts of the body, I dedicate myself immensely to providing transformative experiences for my students.

Hatha Yoga classes focusing on body awareness through the practice of postures (Asanas) improving happiness, posture, spinal health, making the body stronger and more flexible for a state of full health balancing the nervous system, circulation and consequently balancing the emotions bringing peace and tranquility. Asanas benefit the health of the body as a whole by bringing vitality to the organs, glands and muscles. It is a great practice to balance sleep, the digestive system and food.
In the practice of Asanas the focus is on the physical body, deepening body awareness and body knowledge.

Pranayama, Prana means vital energy and Yama control, Pranayama is the control of the prana that runs through our bodies bringing vitality and energy. In Hatha yoga the physical body is the vehicle of the soul and to have a pure mind it is necessary to purify the body. With the practice of Pranayama the mind becomes focused and balanced opening paths for meditation (Dhyana), concentration (Dharana) and purification (Krya).

Bhakti Yoga is a practice of pure love and devotion, it is known as devotional yoga where we open the heart to connect with the Divine. This practice includes kirtam, mantras, japamala, pujas and prayers. In Bhakti yoga practices, singing and voice are present.

Raja Yoga this practice aims to control the mind, balance thoughts bringing clarity and mental calm, it is a practice that opens the way to meditation and concentration. mind, thoughts and mental patterns making room for a calmer and calmer mind and expansion of consciousness.

Jnana Yoga is the path of wisdom, knowledge and intellect where we study and delve into the knowledge of the philosophy of yoga and the sacred scriptures so that through knowledge a path of liberation from ignorance can be established. This practice makes room for intuition, wisdom and understanding of what is real and illusory.

Dhyana is meditation, mental balance, thought control and transcendence of the physical body.
