About Solenn
Former high-level gymnast, I headed for physiotherapy studies combining care, health and well-being. I discovered yoga during my travels, its regular practice for several years allowed me to realize its complementarity with physiotherapy in particular by its preventive side on health. So I headed for a 200H Hatha Yoga certification training in India, which allows me today to teach yoga and thus share its well being both bodily and spiritual.

I offer suitable lessons if you have physical injuries, if you want a rather spiritual orientation (meditation, breathing), rather physical (more intense and sporty practice), or if you have specific posture objectives (inversion, balance, big gap ...) I recommend rather courses of 1:30 which are more complete and traditional in Hatha Yoga but I can also adapt courses of 1H I can give the courses in French, English or Español
