About Volha

Bio:
For more than thirteen years Volha dedicated herself to the practice of Yoga. For the last 5 years she has been teaching Yoga at Kutir yoga studio,
Bologna.
In September 2006 / February 2007 - she followed the intensive, 10 hours daily, yoga practice at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Vilnius. In 2008 she got the first experience of the meditation technique Vipassana in Sweden. In 2009 Volha participated in the training held by Lino Miele in Cà dei Sisters in Marche where she got familiar to AshtangaVinyasa Yoga practice: 1st series - pranayama - Samatha meditation - Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. In September 2009 she became an interpersonal relationship and problem solving mediator and interpreter at the Center of Meditation Dhamma Atala in Lutirano Marradi. In 2011 she went to India for a spiritual research where she followed THE DIVINE LIFE SOCIETY at Holy Ashram of Swami Sivananda. She got closer to the ancient tradition of Yoga Vidya Gurukul after following the teachings of master Maheswar Man Shrestha in Nepal.

Vinyāsa (Sanskrit: विन्यास) is a multi-purpose Sanskrit term that commonly refers to a hatha yoga principle according to which conscious breathing and postures are synchronized in their continuous flow. Through the creative sequence of classical postures of the Hatha yoga related to the breath, the practice builds internal heat that leads to the purification of Kosha (body layers). With special attention to the body, which at the same time is educated to pursue ideal principles of alignment, resistance and efficiency, we learn profound truths about who or what we are beyond all the superficial beliefs we have accumulated during our lifetime. In the practice of vinyasa, as in life, the body and the mind go through an uninterrupted flow of changes that often put us to the test; yet in this continuous transformation, each of us perceives the presence of an immutable subjectivity, the only place of peace and stability, the precious but fleeting source of joy, serenity and knowledge. The great advantage of this system is that while we improve our knowledge of ourselves same, we do a job of refined, complete physical training, whose benefits are evident to everyone in terms of health, beauty and functionality of the body.
