About Samira
Namaste, my name is Samira and this year I finally did my yoga training in India in January. Yoga is not just exercise and flexibility, but much more a lifestyle and philosophy. And that's exactly what I want to share with anyone who is interested. Otherwise, I am a student, but have taken a year off to deepen other things (such as yoga).

For the time being I only offer Hatha-Yoga, but also had a training in Ashtanga. Hatha is the original form of yoga and is therefore well suited for all yoga interested parties as a basis. There are breathing exercises, yoga postures, sun salutations and meditation practiced. The exercises train all the muscle parts of your body, so you have a full body workout.
