About Letícia
Graduated in management, recently graduated as a Yoga teacher at the Sundari Center school and a Yoga practitioner for almost 10 years.
The love for Yoga brought me the need to share this love and wisdom with all those who, like me, want to lead a lighter, more harmonious life, full of well-being and purpose. These feelings guide my teaching and practice, with a focus on helping students better connect with themselves and their surroundings.
