About Avanti
I am a yoga teacher with more than 5 years of yoga practice .i create customised classes According to the need, goals and capability of my students .i have experience in ashtanga yoga , hatha yoga , Power yoga, patanjali yoga and Pilates .I teach yoga for kids ,yoga for weight loss ,yoga for old people ,yoga for injuries and restoration and meditation classes as well.

I first understand the needs of the student like their goals and motive of the classes. Based on their prior practice (if any) and physical capabilities ,i create custom classes . I also teach yoga for physical ailments : spondylitis , cervical ,frozen shoulder ,back pains and yoga for depression , anxiety etc
