About Daniela
I've been a yoga student since 2010 and a certified teacher since 2014. I'm fortunate to have teached classes at different levels and places such as yoga schools/centers, gyms, sports clubs, companies, and individuals.
My yoga practice is the foundation of my self-knowledge and has helped me take care of my well-being holistically. I enjoy sharing this and helping others improve their lifestyles, just as I have.
In addition to training as a yoga teacher, I have delved into anatomy applied to movement, yoga philosophy, conscious breathing, and plant-based nutrition. My approach integrates body, mind, and lifestyle, always with listening, presence, and respect for individual processes.

In my classes, I seek to cultivate a meditative state through the practice of postures, focusing on alignment, fluid breathing, and body awareness. The goal is to relax, strengthen the body, and improve mobility and flexibility.
Classes are ideal for beginners with or without experience as I love sharing the fundamentals of the practice.

The free first lesson with Daniela allows you to get to know the tutor and discuss your needs and expectations.

Details
Free class: informational session to get to know each other via video call. Your needs and expectations and what I can contribute to your practice. We don't do a class in that session, but I can share a trial class video with you at the end of the call.
1-hour sessions:
-With the possibility of extending 15 minutes within the same rate and subject only to the needs of the session and the teacher's availability.
-They are individual.
-Price per couple €25 each
-Group classes, price to be agreed upon according to the group.
