About Kirsty
I have been teaching Yoga for 3+ years now, and have participated in extensive training throughout this time. I always ensure that I can provide classes that will benefit people both physically and mentally.
I started yoga many years ago, in my journey of overcoming both physical and mental health challenges. Yoga provided me with more ease and flexibility, both physically and mentally, that I had ever had.
I thoroughly enjoy sharing the magic of Yoga with people, and proving that the practise is accessible and beneficial for all.

My lessons are accessible for all levels, from complete beginners right through to the more experienced Yogi's. My classes focus on movement and mindset, working through postures that build and enhance mobility, strength & flexibility.
The meditation & Pranayama elements of the class help to support and improve our mental wellbeing, aiding the reduction of stress and anxiety.
Classes are 45-60 minutes long, and tailored to suit the needs and goals of the student.
I have a varied experience teaching people of all levels, both in person and online. I look forward to welcoming you to class.
