About Hannah
My name is Hannah. I have been practicing yoga for about 12 years, I am a certified instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance and I am passionate about teaching.
My primary source of income is as a Sustainable Interior Designer. Wellness is the root of my design business where I help people live better and healthier lives through the spaces they inhabit. With yoga as my side gig, I get to continue helping people live better and healthier lives through the space within.

In the 1:1 format, my classes are custom-designed for the student that I am teaching. We can focus on what YOU need because every body and every mind is unique.
I typically include a mediation, warm up, slow flow, cool down and savasana.
I teach beginners and intermediate students looking to deepen their practice, and gain flexibility and resilience in body and mind.
