About Eleni

I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and I love to help others discover the many benefits of yoga in a safe, approachable, and supportive way :) I know how intimidating it can feel to start something new, which is why I’m dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where everyone—regardless of experience, flexibility, or fitness level—can explore yoga at their own pace. Yoga is for everybody and every body. My goal is to guide students through a practice that’s as accessible as it is transformative, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. I’m here to support each student’s journey, whether that’s learning the basics, finding a moment of calm, or building strength and flexibility over time. When I’m not on the mat, I’m continuing my own journey in learning and growth, deepening my knowledge so that I can bring fresh inspiration and insights to my classes. Yoga has brought me calmness of mind, joy, and perspective, and it’s my joy to share these gifts with others!

About the lesson

Are you curious about yoga but unsure where to start? Completely new to yoga or have some experience? My classes are a welcoming space for you to explore, learn, and grow. I specialise in guiding beginners, so there’s no need to worry about flexibility or prior knowledge—just bring yourself and an open mind! Together, we’ll go at a comfortable pace that suits your unique needs and goals. My passion is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone, helping you find your own way into this transformative practice. If you’re ready to start or deepen your journey, I’m here to guide you every step of the way :)

Perfect! We absolutely loved having Eleni at our office for a yoga class. She is gentle and adds some relaxing music at the beginning and at the end of the class. We also really appreciated the good balance between challenge, stretching and relaxation. We’ll definitely call on Eleni again for future classes.

I would absolutely recommend Eleni as a teacher, she is very responsive to the individual needs of the student and she is a very passionate and enthusiastic tutor. Eleni invested time and effort to get my shy daughter into interested into the subject and learning online. Within the first few lessons with Eleni, she started really enjoying the subject and she would always look forward to the next lesson (which didn’t happen often with other teachers). Eleni is patient and highly creative using different materials to motivate, challenge her and introduce new concepts. Most of all, she has increased my daughter’s confidence greatly! Thank you so much Eleni, I love your methods and the enthusiasm for what you do! :)
