About Anastasia

I have been a teacher of Vinyasa and Yin yoga for 5 years, in my classes I usually mix dynamic practice and deep relaxation. I have done RYT200 training with the Yoga & Yoga Barcelona school and Yin Yoga training (60h) with Mariona Royo in the same school. I am currently teaching in Uravioga Badalona and I have several private students who are delighted with my classes. I continue to train constantly, doing yoga and body awareness workshops and incorporating all the knowledge in my classes.

About the lesson

I deeply believe that each person is very different, so I always observe and design unique classes for the needs of each person or group. In my classes you will learn to be strong and at the same time relax, you will learn to connect your mind with the body and you will know balance between them. I always look for your comfort in class, together we create a practice suitable for your level and personal desires. I always encourage my students to listen to themselves, accept their status to find ways to improve it and stay healthy and awake. My practice is intense and balanced, and I assure you that you will have a great time doing yoga with me!

Fue extremadamente amable, acogedora y paciente, y se tomó el tiempo para explicar las posiciones y corregir mi postura. He asistido a varias clases en Barcelona, pero Anastasia es, por mucho, la mejor maestra que he encontrado, ¡la recomiendo como maestra!
