About Jeevitha
I am a Hatha & Ashtanga yoga teacher from Mysore, India the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga. I began my yoga journey in 2020 as a student, and my commitment quickly grew into a daily practice. The transformative changes I experienced in both my body and mind inspired me to share the benefits of yoga with others. After two years of intense practice, I decided to become a professional yoga teacher. Before this, I guided people online and conducted sessions in local parks, gaining valuable teaching experience. As a teacher, I have been trained in yoga philosophy and anatomy, and I possess extensive knowledge of the technical aspects of various asanas. I understand how each asana can benefit individuals uniquely. I firmly believe that when the breath wanders, the mind becomes unsteady. Therefore, mastering breath control is essential for achieving mental and physical stability. What sets my teaching apart is my deep-rooted understanding of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, combined with my passion for helping others experience the profound benefits of this practice. I am dedicated to guiding my students on their yoga journey with personalized attention and a holistic approach to wellness
