Certified yoga teacher who has had a passion for the practice for ten years. I am certified through the Yoga Alliance with my 200hr YTP certification and teach classes regularly throughout the week at the studio I teach and practice at daily. My passion is not only for this practice but also to share it with others.

30 and 60 minute Flow style classes that help strengthen your body and mind. Classes can be structured to help burn calories or to help improve stretch and flexibility, or a combination of both. Students will learn the proper placement for their bodies in the yoga postures to achieve the maximum benefits of the practice.
