About Rashika
Hey there! I am a certified hatha and ashtanga yoga teacher from renowned schools of India. I resorted to yoga out of sheer curiosity back in school and it ended up being the Ikigai of my life. Growing up, I learnt how yoga transforms one’s body at all levels, be it physical, mental or spiritual and then there was no looking back. Yoga is an expression of self-love, it is seeking what more can a simple breath do and it has been absolutely fulfilling to spread the well-being to the community for the past 2 yrs, curing people or simply helping them lead a happy life.

My routines are based on your objective of taking up yoga, your flexibility and strength level combined with my experience in the field. In my average class, you can expect to get challenged, find new ways that your body can stretch, go through comforting sequences and feel a legitimate relaxation in the end. My only aim is for you to feel good:)

She is punctual and professional . She has a very good knowledge of yoga . I felt so wonderful and light after her regular session. She taught each asanas in stepwise manner and i never felt any pain or tiredness. I really appreciate her skills.
Rashika is a lovely lovely yoga instructor, she glides you from one asana to the other without even realising. Since I started practicing with her, I feel much lighter and energetic, my body has become strong and I can work for longer hours. All in all, she lights up my day
