About Prathyusha
Passionate and patient Yoga and Carnatic Classical Music tutor dedicated to creating a positive, peaceful, and encouraging learning environment for students of all ages. My goal is to help students improve not only their physical fitness and musical understanding, but also their confidence, focus, mental wellness, and inner balance.
I believe every student learns differently, so I provide personalized guidance based on individual comfort levels, learning pace, and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to reconnect with wellness and creativity, my classes are designed to be simple, supportive, and enjoyable.
In Yoga sessions, I focus on breathing techniques, flexibility, posture improvement, mindfulness, meditation, and stress relief. For children, classes are engaging and interactive, helping improve concentration, discipline, and overall physical well-being in a fun and comfortable way.
In Carnatic Classical Music lessons, I guide students step-by-step through basic swaras, rhythm, voice practice, and foundational techniques while building confidence and appreciation for Indian classical music.
