About Hannah
After spending ten years in marketing and events; I turned to yoga for balance and attention to my body and breath. One of my first jobs offered free yoga during lunch, and I was hooked from that moment on. Since 2017, I've completed 300hrs of training and my love for yoga, wellbeing and health has only grown stronger. My classes bring nurture and humour, with a high focus on alignment. My teaching goals are to help my students find their inner yogi strength and leave with a smile!
