I am Vidhu, a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sports Biomechanist, formerly with the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and former National medalist in Artistic Gymnastics. ASCA (Australian strength and conditioning Association) Qualified and ACE (American council on exercise) certified With experience training 100+ elite athletes, I specialize in strength training, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. I hold 10+ certifications in sports science and use a data-driven, sports science-based approach to track progress and optimize results. My training methods include structured periodization, load monitoring, video analysis, and performance tracking to ensure continuous improvement.
