About Matthew
I have been a Gymnastics instructor for more than 18 years. I have worked with boys and girls from preschool to level 10 and everything in between. Gymnastics is an amazing sport that builds strength and teaches physical awareness like none other. I have also worked with a multitude of professional and semi-professional athletes (snowboarders, skiers, wrestlers, volleyball and baseball players).

My focus is on building the athlete both physically and mentally so they can be successful in more than just their sport but in their lives. I want my athletes to feel success through every step of the program, building the confidence necessary to make changes when things get scary.
