About Teal
Hi students!!!
I am Teal Grindle, I am a former British Gymnast who has competed at an international level since I was nine to the age of 17. I have a real passion for gymnastics still and would love to be able to teach it to anyone who is interested. It is important that you know I will work around you. Whether you have matts at home or a trampoline looking to summersault or you would like to improve your flexibility. I am here. :)
I also provide personal training to those who are looking to complete this in the comfort of their own home (must have a gym in their home)

I am an ex British gymnast who can teach and coach gymnastics as well as offer personal training from a gymnastics background
I travel to you offering personal training for an hour to 2 hours, fitting into your life style. Please ensure you have a home gym.
I also offer gymnastics classes up to 2 hours in the comfort of your own home (flexibility, strength and conditioning focused)
