About Prateek

I am a singer, guitarist, composer and lyricist. I am a Hindustani trained classical singer and a guitarist with 7 years of experience in live stage performances (Solo and with Band) and 4 years of teaching experience. Trained from Swarnbhoomi Academy of Music.

I can play and compose songs of different genre like pop, rock, classical fusion, blues, R&B, etc.

I have gained a lot of knowledge from formal education but most of it are from my experience. I will be teaching you guitar from the very basics to a high level in a systematic approach with all practical and theoretical knowledge.

About the lesson

This is a beginner friendly one on one online or offline course in which I will be teaching you from the very basics like how to hold a guitar to a level where you can play your favorite songs and compose songs on guitar in a very systematic way of approach.

Guitar is a very beautiful imperfect instruments and it requires little bit of time and dedication to learn this instrument.

The course can be restructured according to the student's level. I have kept the session one on one because I will be able to give you that extra attention which you would require in order to learn the instruments.

COURSE STRUCTURE:
1. Music and Guitar Theory
2. Chords
3. Rhythm and Strumming.
4. Finger exercises
5. Scales and Key Signature
6. Staff notations (Reading and Writing)
7. Song Playing

COURSE OUTCOME:
1. Able to play any songs.
2. Able to improvise the songs.
3. Able to compose original compositions.
