About Bárbara
My research is developed around the vast imaginary that exists around the human figure. I work with representations of fluid movements, which are unfoldings of what we understand as reality. The themes represented in my work show the trivial as the protagonist, disguising it in mysterious scenes. My intention is to make the observer surrender to the reading of my images, an alternative reading, which does not seek explanations, only visual connection.
With my classes, we search together for your language and the way you best express yourself.

Classes are personalized, according to the person's need, for all ages. I teach drawing, with different materials: graphite, ink, pastel, charcoal, etc.; watercolor and wash techniques; and printmaking techniques. You can even start with one technique and go through the others.
